Database is your firm's secure file store inside Halo. Trial balances, ledgers, source documents, client correspondence, scanned bank statements. Drop a file in and Halo reads it, indexes it, and can answer questions about it in plain English, retrieving the exact passage and citing it back to the page or cell. Halo reads from your Database, never writes destructively to it, and never deletes from it.

Every file is encrypted at rest and in transit, served from Australian infrastructure, and partitioned per firm and per Job, so your most sensitive client information stays private and never leaks where it shouldn't.
