By accessing the Halo service at haloai.com.au or app.haloai.com.au, you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Halo Ai Technologies.

The service is sold per seat per month. Each organisation has a monthly usage budget. We will not exceed the budget without your written approval.

The service is for professional firms in audit, tax, and accounting. Do not use the service to break Australian law. Do not upload data you do not have the right to use.

We will host your data in Australia. We will not delete your data without instruction. We will cite every figure the agent produces. These are contractual obligations, not aspirations.

You may cancel at any time. Your data will be returned in a portable format on request, within thirty days of cancellation.

Halo provides drafts and prepared workpapers. The professional judgement remains yours. We are not your auditor, your tax advisor, or your accountant. We do not sign your opinion.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
